Chick-Fil-A in Ashland

Their chicken and waffle fries are delicious! You stand in line to order and pay for the food but they have fast service. Someone comes out to get you refills at least twice during your meal. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is always busy so I know many people agree with me.

Simply the best!!!!! Nothing more,nothing less .. fast service. Great food. What more could ya ask for??

Oh my goodness this place is absolutely amazing we had our food in less than 1 min and the woman working there even went out of her way to put up mine and my family's trays and also helped me pick up paper off my table bf my youngest daughter can be messy also there was a Male worker who gave me 2ice cream cones instead of 1 !!!!!!

I love the food and speed of service but their parking lot is a nightmare. Between 11:30 and 1:30 the really needs to be somebody directing traffic at the edge of the parking lot to prevent accidents.

Just happened to be in town with family and decided to stop by. Very clean and organized. Our food came quickly and was very good. Staff was friendly. Only bad thing was the seating. There aren't seats made for large groups, or any group over 4. Other than that, fantastic.

I love the food and service here! It always looks so packed, but your wait is never long. Great customer service.

This is one of my favorite places in Ashland Everything there is great regardless of when you go there.

Best service in town. I am totally amazed since their remodel they keep the lines moving and bring your order to your car.

You can never go wrong with this place. Great sandwiches and the sweet tea is amazing.

The food was great but what made our experience even better was that the staff was so friendly! They were extremely busy and although you would think you would have a wait time for your food or service that wasn't as great because of how busy they were it turned out that we had our food within 2 minutes of sitting at our table and an employee was going around to different tables to see if anyone needed any refills. Every time we talked to someone and we thanked them they always said it was their pleasure. It really makes you feel good that they are happy with the business you provide them with!

Chic-fi-la in Ashland is very well ran. I hardly have ever went there and had to wait longer then 10-15 minutes..

A little pricey but the chicken salad is absolutely amazing

Best chicken "fast food" although it's not really entirely fast and not even comparable to other mediocre brands. This is real chicken and you know it :) No imitation or processed foods! Awesome and friendly staff with a play area for the kiddos too! Bonus score :)

Excellent chicken! Just be aware it is cooked in peanut oil for those with allergies. Sadly my wife cannot eat it. But I can, and they have fantastic chicken sandwiches, tenders, and nuggets! Even their chicken soup, as boring as that may sound, is as good as a gourmet meal, and my favorite thing to get when I feel bad especially. Get it to go for those days when you just want to be home and resting. Lemonade here is legendary too! Nothing like it anywhere else around.

Nothing tasted good like it used to , even coke had no taste. Grilled chicken breast is smaller.

The food here is good, as always. However the new 2 lane drive through is slow and blocks incoming traffic to some degree. They may have bitten off more can they can chew. The location just isn't great for the amount of traffic they get.

They were packed with a line of cars almost out of the lot but we got through quickly. Our order was correct, our food was hot and delicious! What more can you expect?

What can I say about this place?! Seems very addictive! What's in it? I love their spicey deluxe chicken sandwich and their southwest chicken salad. The lines scared me at first but they are fast and always hot good food!

Good food. Super fast drive thru. They should be in charge of everything. Orders are rarely wrong and most of the employees are friendly. We like trading in our kids meal toys for ice cream instead. Hoping the inside opens soon!

Chic fi la is absolutely the best... friendly staff inside and working window. They always try to help when I’m in a rush and placing orders last minute. I love they are closed on Sundays in respect of Honoring the Lord Our God”! That is something most business will not do but this company strives bc they honor the lord

It's in a class of its own! Got to try the diet frosted lemonade!

The food is great, as always, but we don't just go there for the food. Our two year old daughter loves the play area. Unfortunately, the last couple of times we visited, there were several older kids in the play area practically moshing. Even though the toddler area isn't really a good place for toddlers, I still gave four stars because the food and service is always great.

Ashland Chickfila is my favorite restaurant in Kentucky! I go across the river several times a month just to eat at this chickfila! Sooo good and sweet employees.

They were very busy and we still got prompt courteous service. And or food was great
